I mean, with no speed feats we can only guess at his speed, but Starrk has definite speed feats that rofl most of the Narutoverses. Starrk could possibly blitz SotSP before he can use his moon-sized CT.

true although, people say pain will get blitzed by him in seconds and rikudo is pretty much the same except his CT is bigger?

No. Starrk can, however, blitz the Sage. I mean, with no speed feats we can only guess at his speed, but Starrk has definite speed feats that rofl most of the Narutoverses. Starrk could possibly blitz SotSP before he can use his moon-sized CT.

Considering he has no actual speed feats, we'd have to powerscale/use hype. Considering he supposedly created ninjutsu, he would know ninjutsu of the same style as Madara or Minato, meaning he can essentially teleport. Also, considering Madara stated that the bloodlines of the first two sons of the SotSP have slowly corroded over the years, yet the high tiers of the Senju and Uchiha clans are supersonic, it would mean that the two sons were faster and stronger than that by far. Hence, hypersonic, most likely. Also, if Rikudou split himself and his powers to give to his two sons, that would mean he'd technically be stronger and faster by far than both of them put together, making him hypersonic+.

However, you're correct that without speed feats Starkk blitzes at close range, though if the starting range is long enough Rikudou can still pull of CT before Starkk reaches him.
