Manfred had a 40 year undefeated streak cause of him not holding back of Forging Evidence,Persuading Witnesses to lie and kill.

Meanwhile Manfred was dead afraid of Redd who is nowhere near as intimidating as a man who even made the Judge scared just by looking at him and who screams Objection at pretty much every word you say.
