Young King Piccolo isn't aware of Pain's presence and he only thinks he's fighting Cifer.
Ulquiorra Cifer is also started as unleashed.
Both are in character and this battle can take place anywhere in real life or fiction! :D
If this is a stomp on Piccolo, then Piccolo gets one or more of of his minions to fight in this battle (any one of them).

Considering King Piccolo blew up a city casually.
And its debatable whether Ulquiorra both in R1 and R2 small town busting are either from Hueco Mundo Reiatsu boost or not.
Pain's soul removal is an actual threat though I believe.
However Ulquiorra can stand up to King Picoolo?

piccolo stomp, dbz > itachi >>>>>>>> pain >>>>>>>>>>> ulquiorra
What makes you think Naruto is greater than Bleach. I say Ulquorria is stronger than Pain.

ok first sayong pain > ulquirro is just wrong, ulquirro is hypersonic before his releases state, and after 2 release states he is the strongest espada and one of the strongest characters in bleach.
ulquirro alone can stomp on piccolo that greenheaded punk, let alone pain with CT, ST, missiles, summon spamming.

But Piccolo gets one of his strongest minion's help too. The minion is probably gonna fight Pein (would probably blitz Pain too). And then it is Piccolo and Minion vs Ulquirro. btw, Pein only gets one of his Paths for this battle.

I made this thread on another forum, and they said Ulquirro would win because DKP can't release a city buster in time. Do you agree or disagree on that part? Because I the city buster is only used to finish of his opponents when they can't escape the blast radius.

Naruto Forum's OBD. They were arguing with me about how King Piccolo stomps because he's a city buster which is greater than Cifer who's only a two buster. I said Cifer could take out Piccolo before he city busts, but they still say Piccolo stomps.
So I decided to just change this match up slightly by adding a little support for Cifer :D

Kingsnoke says that with that restriction on Nagato, it's biassed towards Piccolo He also points out that this should have been listed in the OriginalPost. Kingsnoke also says that were All 6 paths and Uquiorra to fight Piccolo, they would stomp so hard that Kami would feel it.

I don't think so. It depends on which Path is being used here. Some would be more useful than the other. The Deva Path would be the most useful here imao.
And sorry, should I change the rules now because I was original thinking this should be a 2 on 2 match (don't forget Piccolo also gets one of his best minions on his side). Having all 6 Paths would make this more like a 7 on 2 match unless you want to add 5 more minions on Piccolo's side?;)

oh, if pain only gets one path, well i still think ulquirro can handle it alone tbh

deva will be most useful although animal can summons spam and human can rip his soul out when he touches him and also asura can spam with missiles and stuff so it doesnt really matter seeing as ulquirro does all the main damage here anyway

Pein would be the distraction in this match up, but don't forgot Piccolo also gets one of his minions which are easily large building busters who can easily move as fast as any of the Pains.
