We all know what the normal Byakugan is capable of doing in the hands of a talented Hyuga, but if it had a level up like the sharingan has mangekyou and eternal mangekyou, what would it be called, and what could it do?

well there would be no weak spots on it and i would guess that speed and power would increase..... hyuga's rock:D:cool:

i agree and maybe like it could hurt ur blind chakara points by looking at it but it takes a lot of chakara out of it

actually, i think it has 358 degrees of vision, because of the blind spot,
