I made this thread because I was having trouble following all the name changes and SRhyse took a liking to it so now it is official.

If you have changed your name since the forums started PLEASE post here so I can make a list. This list will hopefully spare others the aggravation I have felt.

Only mods can change your name, and they won't unless it is a really god reason.

You have to PM him. But like Toma RNK said, there has to be a good reason.

Some of the names that have been changed don't seem like they had a good reason but those were probably changed before the forum was remade. With the old forum, we could change our name by ourselves but that's not the case anymore.

And you have to have a good reason.

Spelling doesn't have to do much about it. Majority of those who got their username changed, their username is totally different. You can PM SRhyse about getting your username change, but you must provide good reasoning and meet certain requirements, such as your existence on this forum and contribution as well.

Other than that, users shouldn't be posting in this thread unless you're helping to update it. Any thoughts on changing your username, keep them to yourself or take that up with SRhyse. Don't post your thoughts here.

PMing a Quasi requesting your username to be changed to whatever it is you want it to be changed to and giving them specific reasons as of why you want it to be changed. They have to be good reasons though. Very.

Although, I don't think they do username changes anymore. Hardly. You'll be lucky if they approved for it to be changed.

You cannot change your username, because it is banned indefinitely by the Viz Admin staff. Quasi's will tell you the same thing. If you want a new username, just register a new account.
