some say this's 4th hokage's "real" name. but then what's up with Minato?

Edit: The 4th name is Minato Namikaze. And as you can see his last name is not Uzumaki; he comes from kushina side of the family

we can see it clearly on the scroll in chapter 96 page 10. the name uzumaki arashi is in between jiraiya's and naruto's names.
(i can't actually read it. but anyways i saw a translation.)

well the only logical thing if Arashi comes after Minato and has the last name Uzimake is that this is Naruto's long lost brother or cousin. Although I guess it could b a lot of things: his uncle, his grandpa maybe. But I think its Naruto's long lost brother

Well, I think Kazama Uzumaki is Naruto's mom...I remember in the manga. Before Jiraiya left to Amegakure, Tsunade mentioned Naruto's mother. I have no idea who Arashi Uzumaki is though.

Is there anybody that can read Japanese that can translate? It just sounds like someone mis-translated it imo.

Just from comparing the writing it doesn't fit right. If there was a Uzumaki other then Naruto on the scroll you should be able to clearly compare one to the other even if it is someone else's writing.
