The fight is set where Raiga can conduct his lightning and there is a small lake nearby. Haku sold separately. (I mean, Haku isn't in this.)

They are from a filler and Raiga is one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. Somehow he uses Ranmaru to gain more power or something.
