ok well we don't know much about most of the kages but by hype the kages might take this might not but i think ataksuki should win.
1st hokage should be able to beat madara (cuz he beat madara and 9 tails when madara was in his prime with 9tails on his side)
Raikage could easily speed blitz hidan and kakuzu with raition armor and beat them. He may be able to speed blitz deva path and if he does he could carry it farther away from the other paths so he can't revive it and then take out human and naraka path
gaara should be able to beat sasori. Sand just crushes 3rd kazekage and sasori.
the tsuchkage should be able to take out konan.

But since we haven't seen that great feets Deidara's C4,C0, Pains CST (wat he used to destroy konoha), Kisame's fusion with samehada and use of waterdome and being able to keep up with KB, and itachi's susano'o can't be countered(only maybe by hype)

I say Kages. the 1st would kill kakuzu like he did b4, A speedblitzes kisame, Tsunade takes Sasori, mei kills itachi by melting sasunoo using her water against ammy and since shes a kage she prububly trained against genjutsu, the 2nd would kill deidara by washing his clay + damping it, Minato would speedblitz hidan (sadley),Hiruzen would flame bomb Konan, + If onoki battled madara i bet pain wouldent be that much w/o CT

I don't believe Akatsuki can count on Strategy here due to Bloodlust.

Otherwise Madara warps Deidara into his Dimension Preparing C0 then bring him back just when exploding.

Madara survives due to Intangibility while everyone else is dead.=/

I think Akatsuki will win . But if you count orochimaru in Akatsuki ... he can summon 1st 2nd and 4th Hokage :S . + 3rd Kazekage from Sasori .
