How come Tsunade doesn't wear Hokage's robe?

Since Tsunade's the Hokage of the Leaf Village, there's one thing that bugs me why. The late Third Hokage wore a robe daily when he led the village. Tsunade doesn't wear the Hokage's robe. I don't know why. If you wanted to say on this topic, do talk.

My guess would be that she doesn't wear the hokage robe due to the fact that she gambled it and lost it, just doesn't care about wearing the robe, cause she really didnt want to be hokage in the first place, or she doesnt wear it to be able ever more agile and alert when danger comes from nowhere cause the leaf village is always under atttack.

Good theory. Tsunade doesn't wear the Hokage's robe becuase that's her way. With a gambling reputation, she never had the chance at first due to her refusal to come back to the Leaf Village. Anyway, nice.

because that's her style and the way she's portrayed, otherwise you wont know that's Tsunade, and yeah cus she gambles she doesn't feel like wearing something serious. The 3rd wore it cus he's old and well-known, he's known as a hokage for a long time and that's his signature appearance, you dont see the female Mizukage either, Gaara wear it sometimes but not all the time, just the way it show their true character

its just who tsunade is. i would find it a bit odd, personally, to see her in the robes. it just does not fit her character

I can't blame you. Tsunade dosen't like to wear the Hokage's robe because there's a chance it sweats her body when it gets hot in a hot day.

Why didn't Hashirama and Tobirama wear one???In a flashback, they showed Hashirama in the Hokage robe. I don't know about Tobirama though.
