So as we all know Sasuke and Naruto are bound to fight, for real, soon enough. Now this is my analysis of each Character.
They both have one truimph card. Sasukes being his EMS and Narutos being Sage mode.
EMS allows sasuke to do many things such as Tsukuyomi, the ultimate genjutsu (note that naruto is bad at escaping genjutsu), Amaterasu, the ultimate ninja, and Susano'o, un-stated but implied, the ultimate summoning jutsu.
Now for Sage Mode, Sage Mode allows naruto the ability to gather nature chakra, to do certain jutsu, such as ultimate rasengan, and rasen shuriken. it also gives naruto added strength.
both these techniques can only be used a couple times during a fight. EMS has consequences being, it hurts sasuke after amaterasu, wears him down alot after using any one of them, and drains his life when using susano'o.
Sage Mode, to enter Sage Mode the user must gather natural chakra from around them, to do this they must be perfectly still, now naruto probably will do the same thing he did with pain, make two shadow clones to gather natural chakra for him and go into the fight in Sag Mode, this means he'll only be able to use Sage Mode three times during the fight.
And when is Tdukuyomi, Sage Mode may come into play, he since when someone is in a genjutsu, they are imobile, he may be able to gather natural chakra, which will bring him into Sage Mode and break him out of the genjutsu.
also the kyuubi is most likely rendered useless due to the fact that sasuke has the sharingan which can control the kyuubi and he has chakra as onimous as madara, who can control the kyuubi. so thats most likely not going to be narutos last effort ability.
now both Naruto and Sasuke normally.
Sasuke normally has pretty much mastered lightning style, with all his chidori variants. And fire style as well, with all his fire jutsu.
along with those he is also extremely fast, extremely inteligent, strong, and can still do genjutsu and read movements, when in 3 toma sharingan.
Naruto normally has rasengan, which takes more prep than chidori, seeing as he needs to summon a clone, then create the rasengan. and with that he also has his odama rasengan, and shadow clone. his is strong as well, but not nearly as fast a sasuke, and he has no elemental jutsu without Sage Mode, since rasengan isnt really wind chakra, its just a wind form jutsu, not a wind nature jutsu. And with Sage Mode naruto has no control over wind nature, or if he does, he has never shown it.
so this leads me to believe Naruto will be owned in their fight since he is far inferior to Sasuke.
which then leads me to believe naruto is going to learn something else before their fight, whether it be FTG (Flying Thunder God), wind nature control without Sage Mode, amd/or rasengan without a clone.
because if he doesnt there is no realistic way kishi can make their fight a stale mate. And since Sasuke and Naruto are supposed to be equals, the fight should result in a stale mate.
and with this said, it bring up another topic, the fact that Oro is a Much better trainer/sensei than Jiraiya. considering in the 2 1/2 years they both went off to train, sasuke learned snake techniques (which he could do without having Oro inside of him, but after he absorbed him, then lost him, he doesnt use snake techniques anymore???) better sharingan usage, mastery of lightning jutsu, and he became faster and stronger, better endurance, and mastered CM.
Naruto got stonger, better endurance, and odama rasengan (he didnt even learn to use rasengan with one hand). And he didnt learn Sage Mode till later on and Jiraiya did'nt teach him that.
So this obviously shows that Oro is a better trainer/sensei.
So with this all said, i believe Naruto is going to learn some more things before his fight with Sasuke, because if he doesn't, hes going to get stomped on.
