I like Hinata, but she definitely isn't fit to be the Hokage. I think Naruto would probably look up to Hinata a little bit but also be a little jealous at the same time. His affections for her would probably grow too. You know how Naruto is when it comes to him and his Hokage dreams.

Then, Konohagakure would be in trouble...Hokages have to be serious and stoic at some time, while Hinata can't go very long without blushing, stuttering, or fidgeting. None of the other ninja village leaders would take her seriously and they'd know she's a pushover. That's when Konohagakure's resources would start to go down the drain.........Also, to be hokage you have to be the strongest ninja in the village. Hinata's not even close to the top.
