Naruto Shippuden 153 - Following the Master's Shadow Discussion

[Sasuke]

This episode started with Naruto walking out of the Hokage's office, then Naruto travels the village acting all sad. Tsunade tells Shikamaru to get the decipher core to decipher the code Jiraiya left behind. Tsunade then remembers when she first met Jiraiya. During the night, Iruka sees Naruto and tries to cheer him up, but it doesn't exactly work. Shikamaru tries to find someone who can decipher the code so he goes to Naruto and cheers him up. It ends with Naruto agreeing to decipher the code.

So sad, yet everything is uplifting at the end. Another awesome episode to start what is probably the greatest turning point in the series.

And I found the beginning transition sequence from Naruto to Jiraiya to the opening credits to be an awesome scene. It makes me wonder if the animators thought that out beforehand or if it was something they came up with when the time rolled around. Either way, it was such an epic scene that fit in perfectly with the music.

and on a side note, sasuke has made it official he's gonna kill destroy everybody in konoha. and after seeing naruto's little speech with itachi, a showdown is most likey going to happen.

Somber news was better in my opinion but 153 was still good I liked when they showed naruto's teachers as a kid for a second with the sad music good episode but somber news was better in my opinion of course. :p
