I'll give 2 characters, since i like them both equally.

Madara - because this guy is just badass, cool, calm, funny and collected at all times. He also has some pretty formidable jutsu that just poops on everyone.

Itachi - Looks awesome, cool, calm collected, and is a philosopher (he's also pretty haxed)

I LOVE Hatake Kakashi: it's like love at first sight. His voice is calm & attractive (i know that's the work of the seiyu....), he is mysterious and mysterious men are attractive. He is willing to protect people even if that meant to lose his life. He tries his best even when he knows he's not match to the opponent. He's always late but he would make you forgive him with a laugh. He cares for others. I don't care whether he's strong or not, who cares? Go for the personality and who he really is.

My first favorite character is Neji Hyuuga. I find Neji to be a very strong and intelligent character. His attitude is very calm and observant, noticing small yet important details when no one else does. A natural born genius and a master of the Gentle Fist. Though, he was only born into the Branch Family, his blood boils hotter than any Hyuuga, Main or Branch. He is also an excellent leader, putting the importance of his platoon and mission before his own life. And not to mention, he is absolutely gorgeous.

My second favorite character is Kimimaro Kaguya. Born from the popular Kaguya clan, Kimimaro possessed powers that caused people of his clan to fear him. His Kekkei Genkai, which allows him to control the amount of calcium inside his body, generating extra bones that are as strong as steel. I admire Kimimaro for his devotion and loyalty. He shows that he is highly intelligent and does not allow anything to get in the way of his mission. Kimimaro has also shown a more gentle side. And is also very gorgeous.

After Shippuden: Gaara. He learned from his mistakes, and is now protecting those that he has come to know and accept. He is still a long ways away from being freed from the demons of his past, but now he has friends to help him.

Itachi, he fooled everyone, hes mysterious, smart, best big bro ever if the situations were different, he was loyal to clan and village, but he loved his brother so much he sacrificed both just for him. He was skillfull, exciting and unique.

He was cool, handsome and badass.

No one couldve figured out Itachis true plans for anythng to the last second. He was able to live through and excessive amount of pain and hatred and made a majority of fans emotional. R.I.P

He's argueably the coolest manga character ever.
He has shown the world that being a smut reading perv is cool, he is one of the only pre time skip teachers that has managed to retain his relevancy despite the bad guys and good guys getting stronger and stronger. Plus I know i'm not the only one who cried when he sacrificed his life to save Chogi. The list of reasons goes on and on
