Considering this is a fight, yes, most likely. Besides, it literally takes less than a second for him to rip those bandages off his arm.

Its not the bandages that takes time its the metal bolted seal.

Anyway 3rd > Danzo.

However this is a different Danzo and I think he will take this fight. With Izanagi he will overwhelm Sandaime. Assuming the arm is out.

Wait, does that really matter? Can't he just use Shisui's Eye to make the 3rd use a kunai to cut his own head off?

Shisui's Eye by definiton is limited by feats. We don't know technically how powerful it is.

But yes it should if Mind Control properties are to be considered.

This made no sense.just cuz he's dead doesnt mean he loses.does Itachi lose to ino cuz itachi is dead?

Reason? Anyways, Danzo wins he has shown a jutsu (name Escapes me) that was able to break Sasuke's Susanoo it should be able to kill Hiruzen and or Baku would also help absorb any jutsu he throws at him. Danzo can also self destruct killing Hiruzen.
