Captain Commander Yamamoto Genryusai from Bleach.

This match was done in the OBD I recall. I think Whitebeard took that one.

Although Yamamoto's flames by hype is supposed to be a Town Level+ buster with bankai I think. Because Wonderweiss absorbed all the flames unless I am wrong here.

What is the distance?

Yamamoto also has shown great durability.
The problem is Whitebeard has shown at least incredible reflexes and reaction.
Not to mention his "quaking"
