Without Water source Jugo with water source Suigetsu reasoning: Jugo can bash at Suigetsu in a rage until he is out of chakra than finish him off and go Cs2 and use his laser crap on him...with water Suigetsu kills Jugo befor ehe can say wha?

Suigetsu needs more feats.

He only shown water arm, water wave, and Zabuza's sword.

The middle jutsu can be only in a lake.

Mind you Juugo in CS2 laser blast can take apart suigetsu and thats the only mode Jugo can win at.

Jugo can take anything Suigetsu takes at him unless it is at a lake.

Jugo wins unless a water source is nearby.

He's already shown that he can counter the Zabuza Sword with a CS2 axe. So he can take anything Suigetsu throws at him unless Suigetsu has a water source. If Suigetsu gives him trouble he can go full CS2 and blast him apart with chakra cannons.

Suigetsu is my most favorite character ever but it's not like he's an angel.

I'll go with Jugo.

Suigetsu has absolutely no way of killing Jugo, who has shown more impressive reaction speed, movement and power scaling.

I wouldn't doubt the exterior skin of CS2 wouldn't be enough to tank a swing from his blade, let alone anything else he has. If he can bust concrete walls with a swing of his arm in CS1, he could obviously tank a few attacks from blade.

Not to mention he hasn't shown the ability to completely shift from solid to liquid form with the blade along.

It's kind of odd, but if he was able to, he could basically shift any object in the world into water by carrying it, which is why I negate the fact he cannot sneak kill with the blade while shifting states. Which is why he needs to be in complete physical form to attack with the blade, giving Jugo quite an advantage.

I disagree, you act as if Jugo has any feats but that laser blast. He has as many as Suigetsu does. They're pretty even, feat-wise.
