his eye look's like a red and black rinnegan i heard that the sage of six path's had the rinnegan and the ten tail's they dont know if he had the rinnegan before he sealed the beast in side his body or after what do you think ?

I think it is just a coincidence. I don't think it actually means anything. Especially since the whole 3-tailed arc was filler.
