I like them equally, nobody really pays attention to Choji, but I guess that's because of his lack of screen time......

On the other hand, Neji's pretty cool, I like his Taijutsu, but he's overrated for all the fanboys that he has, it's not all worth the quality of character that he is.

I like Neji more. His attacks are more precise and his Byakugan is pretty cool.

Choji hasn't had much screentime to have my opinion on him yet.

Choji is a butterfly and chubby and cute!!!! <3 (well at least thats what his name means...) But he has to eat alot because his chakra burns calories like no other. It just wouldn't be the same if he was a skinny guy... Besides, we both love steak and chips, what more could I need to like about him? (Jk. those aren't the only reasons) But anyways, Neji comes close behind, I mean he does have kick-butt jutsus and pretty hair, but he's a D*** so that makes him lose major points in my scale. `:(
