Jiraya can still be alive because nagato revived everyone he killed "IN KONOHA"
but if jiraya is alive........ so would hanzo and the biju...................so maybe it is about 10%

No, he isn't alive, he said he only revived those killed in the invasion.

Nagato died though and Nagato isn't a god who can do stuff from death

no the jutsu couldve awakened jiraya along with the rest of konoha

but do u think it would be cool if like tsunade was about to die [ or naruto ] and jiraya comes back and saves the person?
[but no one likes tsunade she should die so naruto would be hokage]

no because jiraya was killed like a while before the invasion and it wasnt even in KONOHA

Nope. Nuh-uh. Impossible. Nagato did revive only thos he killed in Konoha. Reviving Jiraiya is out of the question.

If he killed Jiraiya in Konoha. Jiraiya was killed somewhere in Amekagure, and Pain said he only would revive those he killed during the invasion
