She uses her healing jutsu so much that she cant keep her young form so she gets old and weak so in the end shes not fit to be hokage

That sounds illogical considering she'd eventually build her chakra back up and be able to retain her youth.

she uses the summoning jutsu to have katsuyu go to all villagers, and tells katsuyu to use her chakra, and she finally has to use her mitotic regeneration to keep the healing that katsuyu is using her chakra for going

the Danzo issue is not settled it has been said that someone will be challenging this decision. although as of now thats speculation.
