I would want wolves and I want to be able to summon a giant wolf, named Tsuki (she'd be the alpha of the pack) =D as well as a pack of wolves. They'd be able to howl really loud and it would mess up my opponents senses. Also I'd want to be able to morph with the wolf and when we morphed I would have ears, a tail, claws, fangs, and my pupils would change, and that form would be much stronger since it mixes both chakras. SO my reflexes would be faster, and blows would be stronger. Oh, and their claws would be poisonous, but they would only be able to poison the opponent if they clawed them since their claws wouldn't drip poison. Normally the pack would be used for tracking since their average sized wolves and Tsuki would be used during battles, but depending on the amount of opponents I would morph with Tsuki and summon the pack of wolves.
(This was a lot of fun to make =D)

When it comes to summoning i would seriously consider a Gorilla. Extremely strong creatures and when it comes to jutsu it has able hands. As a matter of fact the feet may be available to perform hand signals for jutsu also. And it is also a tough creature capable of learning. That about sums it up, except for proving strength to the beast may be a bit more difficult then Naruto proving his to Gamabunta:cool:
