Shadow Clone Who is better?

Who do you guys think is the best ninja as using his or her shadow clones. I only have 2 that come to mind Naruto and Itachi but they are totally different. Personally Itachi was always my favorite for his speed and the way he used his clones. That combo was the best in the whole naruto series i think. He destroyed Kakashi earlier with them. Naruto first was all about quantity but eventually used them smartly. I still Itachi is and was the best user at shadow clones. Add more names if you can you can even consider the different types like Garra's Sand Clones or Kakashi's lightning

Naruto is like the only character the uses that jutsu all time... we barly see others that use it

Itachi's are better. Although his can't be many, they can explode and do other things.

Well..Itachi Do Explode.

But I Think Naruto is The Clone Master, The Clone Jutsu is The His Best Jutsu. (He Learned it From The Leaf Village Scroll) So it Was Faster and Stronger.

Naruto's shadow clones are possibly stronger but itachi's shadow clone are faster. Like in the psp game naruto ultimate ninja heroes. itachi slows down time and then will be able to use his shadow clone as a bomb that appears by the oppent. so i like itachis better.
