Just An Idea Here...

I got bored, so I started thinking, here's my idea.

FAIL members can take on a student and train them in the ways of the forums, they can take on 1 student. This student should be somebody they hope to see adopted into FAIL.

This thread could be succsesful, or it could fail. Please, help get more FAIL members...for the poor. :(

I don't know we need more fail members, and if we did "grooming replacements" would make people accuse us of favoritism and elitism. I would rather promote people on an individual basis, and not have to worry about the potential for an "old boy's club."

Ok, I was talking about having an alternative for the new generation, a group of people who actually know what they're doing.
