NaruShion it would be a good couple if Naruto could end up with Shion from (Naruto Shippuden The Movie) because the are cute to eachother and I think they would be good toggeer if they ended up.

IruAnko- They've never met (Well maybe. They might have met, but never onscreen)

YahikoKonan- Yahiko kind of died.

NejiHina- We never see any interaction between them, only when Neji hated Hinata but he's really nice to her now. And that was years ago. Nothing shown in Shippuuden/Part 2.

SasuKarin- Sasuke tried to kill her. Twice.

InoShikaTema- Kishimoto stated in a recent interview that he didn't have any plans to have Shikamaru involved with romance.

KisaMei- No indications that they know each other, though they might since they are from the same village.

Aaaaaand I'll leave out my Akatsuki pairings, since none of them are gay. And only Madara and Zetsu have had interactions with Konan.
