Yes, I think he'll come back, or rather, I know he's coming back. Naruto will save him. Naruto's been saying that for at least 200 chapters, and if he doesn't bring Sasuke back, then Team 7 would be depressed and miserable for the rest of their lives. Naruto wouldn't even think he'd be worthy for the title of Hokage, and if he doesn't become Hokage, then what he's been saying since chapter 1 would've all been a waste, plus a waste of a perfectly good story. Considering the protagonist would contradict everything he's been setting an example for and all the morals of the story. Plus, there's no way Masashi Kishimoto would be setting all of this up the way he's been doing if Sasuke were going to die. Like, why would Sasuke still be alive? Why would Naruto still have faith in bringing him back? Why pull the cliche of the whole world losing faith in the protagonist? Why have Naruto promise so many people that he'll save Sasuke? Masashi Kishimoto knows what he's doing. Have faith in the protagonist. ^^

In all honesty, you should've expected a "cheesy ending where everyone lives happily ever after" the second they brought World Peace into it. Masashi Kishimoto will handle it right, he always does. =D
