yo this was inspired by the garra vs hipowdon thread basicly hipodon lost because it couldent withstand a few tons of pressure well steelix can so who wins garra has sand steelix is made of the hardest steel possible

Unless Gaara can suddenly crush Steel this is a Tie.

Steelix cant get up to Gaara when he Levitates on Sand nor can Gaara crush it.
Sinking a Steelix is useless as well due to dig.

garra becuase he could cut through the steel on steelix and besideds steelix still gets hurt by normal attacks just not as much

I dont know, Steelix isnt fast enough to keep up with Gaaras sand or land an attack on Gaara

But at the same time None of Gaaras attacks are strong enough to break through Steelix's apparently Diamond Hard Body 0.o

If it was Kisame though or Kakuzu's masks it would be a different story though.

actully steel types have a few weaknesses liek fire but i think garra could win he could pick steelix up in the sand and throw him/her into a rock formation several times im fairly sure theirs several rocks in the desert

Steel types have the most resistance and few weaknesses.
