Some cuts on people's bodies from fights were shown. Some blood was shown on Sasuke's leg during a flashback awhile ago. Words such as "die" and "death" were said.

that's true, i have noticed that voice's in the beginning of an anime dubbed or poor but as the episode's go by the dubbing improves even more.
