I have a tie. The one where Sai calls Sakura ugly is one of them, but the other is when Sora got beat up by everyone because he called Choji fat, and got into a staring contest with Okimaru. It had me laughing so hard.

Sai and Kakashi feeding Naruto instead of Sakura was definitively one of the scenes that actually made me laugh,

Personally, I don't usually find Sai that funny. I know a person IRL who is kinda like him (with social skills at least). This person told the girl who welcomed him to college he thought she was ugly....

I think some of the naruto + hinata moments are funny too. And Tobi...

That was seriously funny. And there is the entire episode 101 from part 1 (the 3 try to see Kakashi Sensei's real face) But I think the best and funniest moment of the entire seiries (both part 1 & 2) is when Naruto kisses Sauske in episode 3 of part 1
