Hmm, lets see, is Pain bloodlusted, cause if so the CT defeats them immediately with the slight exception of Naruto, after that all the Akatsuki members can gang up on him until he looses SM chakra, and after since he can't summon clones due to no prep he looses, this is of course assuming if he starts in SM.
