Okay he hasnt shown the ability to Tank such punches.
The dude was hit by a chidori and it was like xO for him.
He also, sure, ripped his arm off, but thats his own choice.

yes but ripping the arm off didnt even faze him. That and it's because chidori is a Raiton technique that can bust through Raiton armor. Knuckles cant use a Raiton jutsu or any for that fact.
