Shunsui's Shikai doesn't make him immune to aging. Barragan's aging is a loophole in Shunsui's Shikai. Barragan wins.

Shunsuis far faster...and his own sword should negate the guys..durability

Hmph fine coz he's the gd guy and the bad guy always loses... which is kinda annoying... But if this wasn't in the manga i would have to say Barragan would win... unless we get to c Shunsui's bankai and it is AWESOME... something totally AMAZING...

How do you stab a guy who can age things around him?

Shunsui's sword may have limits. Its partial speculation.
