About the only thing I can thing of is because it makes them look cooler. Unless they have some sort of disease or eye problem that has yet to be revealed.

If the Aburame clan wears sunglasses all the time, how come the bugs don't affect their visions in any way. I wonder why the bugs don't get into the eyes.

Think of the glasses as the "Emblem" or trademark of their clan..kind of like the paper fan is the symbol/emblem of Uchiha .

The Inuzuka have face painting, Aburame have glasses, etc etc.

Many Reason:

1. They're eyes are too small.
2. Does not match their personality or techniques. (They would look weird).
3. Maybe they have insects in their eyes and don't want to discust people. LOL

Its possible, that due to their affiliation with insects, that they are hypersensitive to light. In other words, without their glasses they would be blind and probably in pain.

So I'll go with the clan sign thing. If you see glasses, you know you're facing an Aburame.

It's a clan sign. It's similar to the red things that the Inuzuka have on their faces. With Aburame, it's from the glasses that you can know that they're from the Aburame.
