Steven Seagal wins, I take a lot of class and go to a lot of tournaments, and i've heard it from the mouth of dozen's of masters that Steven Seagal is believe to one of the few who could of beat Brace lee if he was still alive.

And i'm the utlimate brace lee fan, I own all his movies and every video about him, but I have to go with seagal on this one.
