SSBB speed is partially based on Sonic being there which seems inconsistent now as Link is only peak human compared to like Captain Falcon's god knows what.

That makes no sense downgrading the rank does nothing towards it's destructive output or broken ability whatsoever. You downgrade the rank but everything still remains the same.

Why should you need to nerf Smash Brothers anyway. If Naruto loses they lose, there's no way around that.

Doesn't matter. Sonic owns, Snake owns, Kirby owns, and Ike owns. And even if you downgrade the Final smash's attack power, the over all destruction still owns.
