Sakura can try swing her hammer,but its nothing either Ninja cant dodge.
Sakura can punch Amy and its over. Since her reaction time is pretty crap.
Neji can hit her in the heart with Gentle Fist,as I said above -its over.

The Hyperbolic Time chamber is a chamber in the lookout tower in DragonBall universe. It's basically a flat plain and nothing else. Also you get a year's worth of training in 24 hours.

She has chaos control in SA2 Battle, can create mini tornadoes in SH and her hammer busts straight through metal. It depends on if she chooses to go close combat or plays it safe. Close Combat she gets outnumbered and may get hit by Gentle Fist or some power punches. Chaos Control and Tornado Bursts GG.

EDIT: Invisibility, Amy can win with close combat also.
