I don't really consider Taka a part of Akatsuki, so my favorite is Itachi and Kisame.

Second might be Sasori and Deidara, I don't like Deidara, but I respect him.

Hidan and Kakuzu. They were easily the best team in terms of combo moves and working together. They're also two of my favorite Akatsuki. Kisame and Itachi is a close second, though.

I like Deidara-Tobi because that's the most funniest Akatsuki team. Some seriousness and funniness would be a hard mix but likely. Deidara and Tobi should be considered as the Bert and Ernie of the sereis.

kisame and itachi as they actually seem to get on well and respect each other and kisame is like the hyperactive child and itachi is the parent telling him to be careful all the time.
