Bleach Fighting System

The free verse battling is starting to cause problems. With the long battles, cero's and Regen. Pride and Jeremy has some Propositions on the matter and creating a workable and fair fighting system. Take it away guys..

Pride:

I suggest these will be the ranks.

Vasto Lordes/Captain.
Espada/Lieutenant.
Veteran Adjuachas/3rd Seat.
Adjuachas/4th-6th Seat.
Gillian/7th-9th Seat.

Vasto Lordes and Captain are the highest rank and is are equal.
Gillian and 7th, 8th, and 9th Seats are lowest ranks and are equal.

Sonido and Flash Steps should be limited for each battle, since people would usually do it to easily dodge attacks.

Ex.: I dodge you ___ Ceros by Flash Stepping and then reappears behind my opponent and then beheads him.

As such, Sonido and Flash Steps will cause 2 SP Points.

Limit of how many Sonido and Flash Steps you can use per battle:

Captain/Vasto Lordes: 5
Lieutenant/Espada: 4
3st Seat/Veteran Adjuachas: 3
3nd-6th Seat/Adjuachas: 3
7th-9th Seat/Gillian: 2

Kido & Bakudo spells from 31-60 costs a point.
Kido & Bakudo spells from 61-90 costs three points.
Kido & Bakudo spells from 91-99 costs four points.
Activating Shikai will cost 2 points per turn.
Activating Bankai will cost 4 points per turn.
An Espada/Vasto Lordes 1st Release will cost 3 points per turn.

Increase the costs by a LOT.
People will just say "I flash step" until they run out of SP.
And regen cost is too low. Captain is basically overpowered I suggest increasing the cost for Shikai and Bankai.
