I re-watched that today and the uncut version. Yay, towards the end of that ep.....

You see more Naruto in the bathroom on the totilet. Nothing too bad, but not pleasent.

You mean in the Shippuden movie? If that is what you are talking about, than the movie doesn't count. They have no connection to each other.
