I think that is Karin's real body that got hit, but I think Karin will survive, but Danzo will die. I was kind of surprised Sasuke went that far. Either he thinks it is just a genjutsu of some sort, or he really doesn't care about Karin. (most likely the later option)

bottom line, sasuke has snapped. he was happy that he stabbed both of them and then made a comment to his brother.

Im neutral to her and im sure she didnt die. Im sure it was genjutsu. He said "Hold still..." Im 100% sure he did some trick and didnt kill Karin.
At least I hope he didnt.

The only people he said he wanted to kill was the elders I believe.
