nagi is from tenjou tenge, brawler anime/manga. his main ability is to take abilities by punching them. he has a "2nd gear mode" where he gets faster and stronger. he has great durability.

you should look up Mitsuomi and Souichiro's final fight to see some of his power (that was a while back; he is MUCH more powerful in the manga)
