Yeah, that is what i'm guessing. Probably Kakashi since he gets send on the most dangerous missions.

Since Kakashi is a Former ANBU Black Op and one of the best Jonin in the WHOLE Village, I'm sure he gets paid more then the average Jonin Rank Ninja. I mean he can do S-Ranked Missions, which are REALLY hard. ^_^'

Kakashi. The only one who might come close is Kurenai, because they're adults.

He mostly goes on A-class and S-class missions when he's not with Team 7, his reputation as the "Copycat ninja" is renown, he's a former ANBU Black Op, he's a jounin, and he's a male. Yes, the last one would cause him to make way more money than a female at the same level in at least Japan.

Kakashi therefore then has the greatest demand to be used on a mission.

Maybe Kakashi ? Jonin's missions are probrably paid more than the lower ranked people's missions. The Jonins missions are harder and more important, and they are probrably paid more.
