Deadpool has hardware allowing teleportation although I heard he lost it now.
His genetic history has a immense regeneration and nearly unkillable.

Deadpool also uses firearms, excellent marksman and is a master of hand to hand to combat.

Well at a glance Spiderman seems to have the advantage in physical stats but before I actually go through with this.

Have they fought in the comics before? I don't remember.

I can't recall.

But I'm not betting on the fact Spiderman can dodge bullets, even with spider senses.

Although it's possible Spiderman can web the guns before they fire, and entangle Deadpool at the start. If he doesn't, the bullets will kill him, or his blades could cut through any ranged web attacks he fires, considering spiderman cannot get a clean shot with his webs depending on the location.

But I'm betting on Deadpool, considering he could simply roll to the side if spiderman fires web attacks, spiderman cannot do the same with the speed of bullets.

Teleportation is also a problem, if that's part of his abilities, spiderman gets stomped pretty quickly.

Still, transportation is considered instantaneous, meaning his senses wouldn't even be fast enough to dodge.

Teleport behind him then boom point blank, GG?

Or would spiderman be able to dodge in that sub-second? Not sure about his feats.

Yea but that's like saying Itachi cannot use his MS because he gave it to Sasuke before he died.

I guess we'll say they battle when they were both at there best, technology and all.

Well he could dodge and entangle him.

His web balls are pretty strong too, it's like a direct punch from Bruce Lee.

The problem is I don't see him catching Deadpool, especially in melee range, and with teleportation devices.

He probably could web the device.

But teleportation is instantaneous, it's like the 4th, but without needing the seals.

The only thing that could destroy him would be someone who could tank bullets, I don't think spider man can tank them, or dodge them at point blank.

Spiderman could take few bullets but at a cost since he isn't that massively superhuman.

No not point blank me thinks.

Deadpoool has the advantage here me thinks.
