Does Sasuke love his brother?

After watching the episodes where sasuke kills itachi, my brother and i have been debating, "Does Sasuke love his brother?" I've said yes he does, after he found out the truth about why his brother murdering his clan, he decided to destory the leaf village because of what they drove his brother to do, (Not to mention that his brother did everything he could for him, including exile, name in dirt, and die!!!)among with many other reasons, i believe that sasuke loves his brother now (why else would he cry for him after he found out the truth?) and (even though his brother wanted sasuke to revive the uchiha name by other means) wants to restore the clan his own way.
My brother thinks that all the years of hatred that sasuke stored for his brother (even though figuring out that the clan WAS evil and his brother was TOLD to kill it and that his brother did everything he could to protect sasuke) would never go away because of him killing the clan. My brother thinks that Sasuke killing the leaf village is his last act of definence against his brother (becuase his brother liked the leaf village)

I'm hoping to get someone elses option on this to solve my dispute with my brother, please reply

....after Madara told Sasuke the truth about Itachi. He hated Itachi before, but after what Madara told Sasuke, he started to love Itachi. He loves his brother enough that he is trying to avenge what happened to him by killing Danzo.

I don't doubt that Sasuke loves Itachi but because he's a very selfish person he doesn't consider how his actions would've only hurt his brother more. He wants revenge even though Itachi never wanted it (and he was the one who was hurt the most by what he had to do) and he keeps putting his life on the line (his life....which Itachi fought to protect until the very end :roll:) so yeah I'm sure he loves his brother but his actions are a contradiction to that "love" IMO.:|

NO! Sasuke,would've went back to the Konaha! But he doesn't! Sure ppl are out to kill him but Sakura and Naruto got his back,so does the Taka! If sasuke was soo smart he would've thought of that! Sasuke is just pushing ppl who care for him away! So Sasuke is hurting Itachi more by wanting to destroy the Konaha!

Yeah thats loving....sasuke does luv itachi but y dint he try to find the truth bfore killing him? Yeah he was pretty much sad after killing itachi, crying like a girl and all that....did that means he love itachi? IN A SPECIAL CONFUSING WAY?

Sasuke loves Itachi, that's why he's after the Village. It's a case of revenge, but this time it's mainly for Itachi. He knows what he's doing is against Itachi's wishes, that's why he didn't take his eyes, the pain he suffered from losing Itachi is clouding his judgement, and he feels it's his job to avenge his family, as he's always felt it had been.

So, yes, everything Sasuke is doing is for his family, Itachi included.

The Uchiha weren't "evil," they wanted rights. The Village took that from them, and they were willing to fight for their family. If they were evil, why wouldn't they have told Sasuke about everything and let him live a life of spite?

well i think he does but he is was trouble by what itachi did so it made him have mixed feelings that he recognnised as hate, even though there was love.
