Naruto Shippuden Disney XD episode 18 discussion

In this episode there was one and only one edit. That was when Naruto calls Deidara and Sasori Bastards.

So for those that have seen the episode give me your opinion

I just did. Team Guy took the barriers to the Akatsuki hideout where Gaara was lying lifeless. In the process, Team Guy had a problem when the squad knew they were about to fight clones of themsleves. Naruto was angry at Sasori and Deidara for extracting Shikaku out of Gaara. As for the edit, I never noticed it; still, I loved it.

You really agree with me regarding of tonight's episode on Disney XD. Of course, Naruto was mad at Sasori and Deidara for Gaara's Shikaku being extracted out. I bet Shippuden will be going into the most crucial episodes of the ongoing arc.

plus shippuden on disney xd is already #1 on the channel, since cn got naruto i became very popular and they toned down most or some edits later on. so once shippuden gets even more popular, disney xd won't even bother not showing some blood.;)

Well, I don't think there was really much to edit in this episode. I liked that Hidan and Kakuzu talked again. For some reason, I liked Kakuzu's voice more than I did when I first heard it. It sounded deeper than before.

u do know that CN did edit like Disney is now they'll loosen up.

its not the language or the blood that made that kid kill himself tho. it was him trying to imitate a character. whether there's blood or not, if some1 gets stabbed like wut hidan does to himself there's no way u can edit that. even w/o the blood or cursing, hes stilll stabbing himself n some kids will still hurt themselves. i remember when my brothers were younger they used to try to copy the stuff they say on power rangers n sometimes they wud hurt each other. theres only so much u can edit when a show is violent in nature as this one is

dude, let it go. it's not like EVEY kid immatated naruto so much when it first aired. and when the kid died cn didn't cancell naruto the day after he died, they STILL kept on showing until late 08 because of the low ratings due to constant filler episodes. so you shouldn't worry about kids immatating naruto as of now.

naruto shippuden has high ratings on disney xd, it's not like viz media would put it on there witout telling disney xd the violence on it. if disney xd were to have took it of they wouldv'e probably don't it on episode 5, but they didn't. they wouldv'e took it off after gaara died, but they DIDN'T. even if they get to the hidan/kakazu arc then vix wouldv'e edited out showing hidan stabbing himself but just keep the sound. and i may remind you that NOT EVERYONE has disney xd or such. your really worrying too much. oh and remember the episode were zabuza killed gato? the scene had violence but cn still kept on airing naruto. and you shouldn't assume that EVERY KID would be dumb enough to immatate hidan stabbing himself, there was a scene were naruto stabbed himself with a kunai on his hand (yes it may have been edited) but it's still obvious naruto stabbed himself, and yet NO kid immatated that. kids wouldn't dare touch a sharp object and stabbed themself with it. plus the pg rating on shippuden is PG-V, a parent wouldn't dare let their kids touch a sharp object. and since not alot of people have disney xd it's not like a parent would lash out and send a complaint to disney xd since shippuden airs on nightime's only. yes kids may stay up later but not too late for most, some but not all. keep in mind that disney xd's audience is 9-14 but also 10-18 on some shows. give dinsey xd a chance.:)

i'm pretty sure 9-14 year old's wouldn't make the same mistake. and disney xd knows that keeping shippuden will give lots of ratings regardless. younger kids don't even know the existance of naruto shippuden on disney xd. oh and have you watched this film called "eragon"? it has mild violence and intense sword fighting & blood. they showed it on disney xd without any edits. they even kept the blood and still called it PG-V.:mrgreen:

-_-.....a kid dying didn't effect cn, it was the FILLER that affected ratings for naruto. plus toonami was already dying at late 2008. don't assume that disney xd would try to take off a high rated show (which i already previously said) just because of violence. viz media wouldv'e already told them about the violence on shippuden and yet disney xd STILL took it to air. and i also previously said that (NOT EVERYONE) has disney xd, little kids (DON'T) even know of it's existance. stop using a kids death as an excuse of why shippuden shouldn't be on disney xd.

i'm pretty sure a kid killed himself looking for Spongebob in an ocean. It's not the incidents that kill it it's the ratings. Naruto got cancelled bcuse ratings were hitting rock bottom from fillers.

in un-edited garaas eyes were hollowed out when shakaku was extracted, in edited the eyes are there and the one tails chakra came out around the eyes :)

are u kidding.he died during the chunin exam arc.and we went past that without any problems and then they did an hour of new episodes during the sasuke retrival arc all the way to the fillers. If anything killed Naruto it was fillers. or CN couldn't renew the contract with Viz so they dropped it.Its those 2 factors

I think Viz is supposed to dub fillers and show them or they'll get in trouble from Japan and lose the dubbing rights to it.

kids are kids and they only want to be like there idols. if they see it their going to do it. i think it should up to the parents to help their kids understand whats real and whats make believe. xd gives their ratings, they do their part now parents have to do their part.

depends on how old the kids are. really young kids, maybe. but a kid thats around 10 years old isnt gonna go around trying to use rasengan on people. i was around 8 years old when i started watching dragonballz and i didnt go around trying to kamehameha my friends. but some kids are dumb, cuz apparently there was a 9 year old kid who killed himself trying to copy gaara by sticking his head in sand.
