LOL WUT no Itachi doesn't win.

Hachibi gets him out of Tsukuyomi.

KB dodges Amaterasu, Raikage did so why can't KB.

Susanoo drains Itachi's chakra and Itachi doesn't have much speed with it, I hear that the next manga chapter reveals that Susanoo has a hole in the back or something, so with that logic Itachi's Susanoo won't help him much.

And Killer Bee wins. He could dodge Ammy with his speed, if not tails increases his speed. 8 tails dispels Genjutsu which possibly gives Bee a chance to catch Itachi off guard. Considering Bee's speed he should be able to dodge Susano'os attacks until Itachi runs out of chakra.
