Probably Yamato, massive earth and water jutsus could overwhelm Kabuto and all of Yamato's wood jutsus should be able to overpower Kabuto.

Wood held in KN4, I'm sure it can hold Kabuto.
Yamato's wood > Kabuto's face (lol nawty puns)
In all seriousness, its roflamingo stomp

Yamato wins it.
Yamato's wood jutsu held down Naruto in 4 tail Kyuubi form it can sure as hell hold down Kabuto.
Yamato can use Water and Wood style jutsu, it's enough to overwhelm Kabuto.

I'd normally agree with this, but didn't Kabuto somehow manage to escape from his wood (in the anime which should hold no credibility here, I believe that it was through a chakra scalpel [which may actually make sense, how it destroys the inside of what touches, rather than with brute force - though he likely could've used some brute force with it to increase its destructive capabilities]), though in the manga I'm not sure if how he did so was depicted).
However, my guess is that it wasn't without spending some time on breaking it, otherwise he could've escaped earlier - but hell! Unless I'm mistaken, he said they (Team "Kakashi") would become the "prey" (or something like that, whatever translation you read it with), implying that he need not even worry about Sasuke's and Oro's "safety," nor "susceptiblility of bonds."
However, being able to break through one of Yamato's chakra-infused wood binds does not, of course, mean that he is all of a sudden likely to win this match.
IMO both have a decent chance at taking it, as both IMO lack offensive jutsus needed to take down each other's defenses, though each have great defensive capabilities - Kabuto with his incredulous healing and Yamato with all his Mokuton variations, from rampart, to a giant rampart, to enormous flexible yet wooden blocks with fair range and not bad AoE/destructive capabilities.
Based on what's been shown, I believe if Kabuto wins, it'll be through trickery or surprise like Doton + Chakra Scalpel or Kuchiyose corpse scroll + a possible Doton (though it may not turn out necessary) + chakra scalpel while he has the numbers advantage, and if Yamato wins, it'll be through some type of disabling tech, or possibly some hardy Wooden Clone(s).
As much as I like Yamato, though, and want to say he wins - I believe Kabuto will have a better chance at taking this - with Oro or not - being the sly devil he is, and being able to throw out jutsus/combos like his corpse jutsu + surprise scalpels (I know I'm just assuming he knows of such a thing, but he's had 3 years to perfect such jutsu by now and is one of the most intelligent people we've seen in the manga thus far up there with the high-tier geniuses, so I do think he'd have such a combo).
IMO, Kabuto's chance of winning in comparison to Yamato's is around 60%-40%, or perhaps just 55%-50%.
As I'm not sure about this, however, I'm quite susceptible to changing my opinion about it :|.
