Sasuke wins, he's got better speed feats than Neji and with Sharingan he can dodge all Neji does to him, and one Chidori will probably take Neji out.

If Sasuke uses CS2 he gets even faster and has flight, Neji has very little to counter that.

hmm eh idk neji could beat him but then again with neji's cokcy attitude that wont help hi, sasuke wins prolly due to sharingon then a cursed form or a chidori direct hit

yeah this sounds right. I'v been getting tired of people saying that rotation could block chidori, when it could blatently pierce right though as it PIERCES

Neji cannot hit an aerial Sasuke (let alone Sasuke on the ground) with his shown speedfeats and relative lack of long range attacks. late part one Sasuke would be at least sonic+ , no?

Neji loses I mean really Neji can not hit him he is slower than Sasuke and I forgot that Sasuke can fly has bigger chakra and with chidori pfff.

For one thing, Sharigan>Byukugan. Sasuke can easily dodge all of Neji's attacks due to having superior speed and Sharigan. If Sasuke goes into CS2(which i'm not even sure he would need to), he epically wins.

Sorry, to all Neji fans, there's no way he can win.

Sasuke has better speed feats than Neji does to start.

Let's face it, Sharingan is more useful in this battle, if Neji can't hit Sasuke he can't touch his pressure points. Not only that, but it also boosts Sasuke's awareness.

If things get really bad, Sasuke can going into Second Sate Curse Mark.

Sasuke may be able to connect with a Chidori.


Sasuke takes this one home with ease.

There is no way he can completely dodge all of Neji's attacks especially when he doesnt know his fighting style.

Sasuke rapes.

Normal black Chidori in CS2 would pierce through rotation, and kill Neji.

Sasuke is also faster in base, and in CS2 he has airel advantage. He also has physical strength feats that are beyond Neji's.

He could literally charge at Neji in CS2 and plow through rotation with Curse Mark strength.

Fire ninjutsu from afar would also give Neji problems, using it with combination attacks in CS2 would blind Neji, considering the rotation used to block it would create a smoke cloud, giving Sasuke an easy entry point to ROFLSTOMP neji with a black chidori.

Alright, I will say that Sasuke would win, but I feel a lot of you are giving the sharingan WAY too much credit. Sasuke hasn't quite FULLY mastered it yet, and just because he's faster than Neji doesn't mean he's going to be able to dodge EVERYTHING. Besides, the gentle fist technique does not require a direct hit, Neji would be able to connect with a few hits before being brought down by a chidori. Let's not insult the guy though, I don't think the chidori is going to be a 100% one-hit wonder technique that a lot of you are saying it will be. It works similar to the rasengan: it has to connect with the opponent through simple taijutsu. I think Neji is going to find a way to prevent Sasuke from landing a hit on him for the first Chidori, but once Sasuke activates the curse mark, a second one is going to connect.
