Naruto & Tobi vs Sasuke & Madara

Tobi and Madara are seperate people in this battle, but their powers are the same.

Tobi teams up with Naruto while Madara is with Sasuke.

Who would win?

As for Tobi, I'm not sure. He could spam intangibility until he runs out of chakra, which then Sasuke or Madara will kill him.
