Everyone is affected by Shinji Hirako's shikai ability. They get no knowledge.

Shikai Special Ability: Sakanade's Shikai ability creates an inverted world. The power is an optical illusion which is caused by the scent the sword gives off upon its release. It inverts an opponent's sense of direction. Shinji describes the release technique as something like a trump card. Up and down, left and right as well as forward and backward are opposite. It is not just the sense of direction that is changed; the opponent's eyesight and where they get cut is reversed as well. Shinji claims that countering the damage from the inverted directions simply by processing it all within the mind is not possible. No matter how powerful the opponent even if one is accustomed to fighting in that particular way, their body will not adapt and will continue to fight by reflex, which causes it to continuously succumb to the power's effect

How does it go down this time around?

I thought about several different character combinations, but eventually decided on this. :P

So basically before they fight they just get affected?

Sounds like Neji might have a slightly easier time because almost 360 degree vision?

I am pretty sure they will initial just try to figure things out. Then again they aren't lacking in intelligence so.

ream guy could possibly win, as neji, the smartest of the combatants, would likely capitalize on the situation, destroying kisame's chakra flow while he is disoriented. or Gai could just do his thing

Since only vision is applied other senses are going to have more relied on.

Here is another thing if water wave is used feeling of touch more emphasized and noticed, see what I am trying to say here?

None of the combatants are lacking in intelligence.

Its just that Team Gai has the advantage of having more members to draw its conclusions from.

Kisame's samehada in 30% could still track chakra no?

I have a feeling closing of the eyes will be emphasised for some here.
