Shien has gained most of Orochimaru's jutsu through the research he left behind, whichOtogakure (http://naruto.viz.com/wiki/Otogakure) used to teach Shien most of the jutsu he knows. He still possesses most of this research which he took with him when he betrayed the village.

Sharingan
Shien was born with rather unique Sharingan (http://naruto.viz.com/wiki/Sharingan) Eyes. They seemed average when he first activated them until obtaining his third tomoe in each eye which made them fully developed. The Tomoe within them spinned and started pointed towards his pupil instead of pointing out like Normal Sharingan (http://naruto.viz.com/wiki/Sharingan). Afterward, he was checked by Medical Ninja and they found out there was no negative change. In fact, his sharingan could now focus and see Chakra much better. Which allows him to track chakra and predict it's action and he can even see the Chakra veins within someone if he gets close enough, but is still unable to see Chakra Points. He is also able to see the color of chakra and determine whether it's human, demonic or artificial. Also, determining the difference between a clone or the real thing is incredibly easy. Also, this sharingan is able to learn from watching chakra alone, which is something that would normally be impossible for ordinary Sharingan. It is awakened by chanelling chakra into the demonic part of Shien's spirit and body.

Shien's Mangekyo, like all others, is unique in Shape and it's own ability. His Mangekyo was obtained by killing his mother when he realized that she intended to use him as a weapon and never once thought of him as a son. Before killing her, he proclaimed he still loved her and as a result awakened his Mangekyo. His Mangekyo's own unique power is Izanagi (http://naruto.viz.com/wiki/Izanagi), which makes all Genjutsu (http://naruto.viz.com/wiki/Genjutsu) real, which allows him to fight against those who's experience is higher then his own, he demonstrated this when he defeated both Naruto (http://naruto.viz.com/wiki/Naruto) and Sasuke (http://naruto.viz.com/wiki/Sasuke) at the same time with this technique


Shien, once obtaining his Eternal Mangekyo, completely shifted his Mangekyo into looking like this, no longer resembling his former Mangekyo (This type of Transformation is most likely a result of his Sharingan being unique upon development, which caused it to change it's appearance completely). Once he obtained this version, he came into possession of his Mangekyo's true power, the "Kotoamatsukami (http://naruto.viz.com/index.php?title=Kotoamatsukami&action=edit&redlink=1)". Which, like many Mangekyo techniques, are unique to it's obtainer.

Well, I said "fanart" because that's worse than using the anime. Sometimes, I'll see people like "To the right is a picture of my OC, (cliche name)." and I'm like "Dude, no. Have you seen Shiori Miyamoto? She's immortal and she has the Mangekyou Sharingan. But she doesn't even know if she's an Uchiha. And her history is like "It's estimated that she's from before Madara's time." but on Seireitou's page it says that he met her when they were kids, and Seireitou was born during the third war.

His Itachi is awful and mindless. He was resurrected by Seireitou(which was totally stupid) and he doesn't seem to reflect on his past at all! He's just like "...Ok." "OKAY" WHAT? He just follows them around because they're out for "peace," but I've seen nothing but crimes on their part. Itachi doesn't care. Only 60%? I thought it was more, considering how much everyone throws around kage-level strength, and how everyone makes "prodigies."

Have you seen the "Shyakugan?" I think they had to rename it. It's a "mix" of the Sharingan and Byakugan that defies genetics because apparently having an Uchiha hybrid parent while the other one's a Hyuuga gives you the Sharingan, Byakugan, AND a mix of the two, a.k.a. the Shyakugan.:roll: I swear, that's one of the most godmodding things there. Not to mention, the clan that has that also has some technique that makes you immortal. Doesn't anime usually teach you that you can't have immortality without the cost of someone else's life?

Also, did you see that so many OCs have a Zanpakutou? ...AND Bankai? ...Yes, this IS supposed to be Naruto Fanon. Although Seireitou Hyuuga was a HalfDemon-Vizard-Saiyan-VesselofRagnarok-etc-etc-etc. ._.

And there are SO many "Mangekyou Sharingan" variants that, if they were canon, then Sasuke would have at least some of them. Like the "experience enough sadness to get it" one. But, since he's CANON, he only gets what he has in Canon.

Yeah! I know! Some of the Uchiha lived outside of Konoha! Like they'd let that happen.

As for others...there's probably at least five Itachi just...didn't kill.

Which defeats the whole purpose of when Sasuke met Madara. So, in Fanon standards, did Madara say "To him, your life--well, along with five others, was more important than the village?" And "He left the name of Uchiha to you--well...actually, you and five others...and he only decieved you 'til the end. He told the others. He knew they were goody-goods that wouldn't care about our clan/their family when they found out?" It's stupid.

There was this other Uchiha who somehow found out about Itachi's mission to kill the clan, so when he got back to the Uchiha area they were all dead, so I guess Itachi just forgot that one. He deserved to die out of most of them, he got angry and killed people, then I think he joined Akatsuki. Great going, Itachi.
